I needed to have the battery replaced on my 2011 Chevy Volt and Tyler at the Nashville location did an excellent job working on the vehicle and keeping me in the loop on its progress. I would definitely suggest these guys to anyone needing this type of service.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They realize hybrid batteries are a big investment but are very willing to walk through options and never pressure for a sale. I don't think you'll find a better price for comparable batteries.

Very helpful and honest.  Bruce the manager in Las Vegas also notice an overcharge and made sure I was refunded.  I was given very clear and honest technical answers to my questions in a friendly and clear way.  Great people to work with.  The sales team (Ivan) at their headquarters showed me all the possibilities available to get my car fix at home, in their shop or just purchase the battery and install it myself.  Very patient.

Jared takes pride in his work and is committed to helping customers. Not only was Jared prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, he also explained what he was doing as he worked. He quickly diagnosed our problem, patiently and expertly dealt with a snag, and got us up and running with a smile. I so wish we lived closer and we could have him work in our cars all the time!! Very thankful to have found Greentec Auto. They offered a new battery for more than half the price of what the dealership was charging me for my Prius. The team was communicative throughout the process and were able to give me insight on why my battery failed and how to prevent it in the future. It's a great service and the place to go if you need your battery replaced.
