Bruce made the 300 mile round trip to replace the battery on my 2012 Camry. I opted for a new cell battery with 3-year warranty. He was here about one hour and was done. The car runs fine. The service was excellent and fast. My first contact was with Ian, who explained Greentech's services , gave me his contact number and said to call him back if I wanted their services. I called back three days later and got a call from Bruce within an hour. We set up the day and time, and everything ran smoothly. Greentec Auto is great. I tried the reconditioned battery at first and I think the problem was more with my car than the battery but it still lasted a few years. In 2020, I went with a new battery and 49 months later it's still going very strong. Unfortunately for me, the battery is destined to outlive the car!

Amazing awesome people. Was having issues with the classic Escape hybrid 2007. Greentec had replaced the battery some time back. Forgot it was under warranty. Called them up, some back and forth with emails calls etc. Got it to the shop - within the hour rocking and rolling - new battery installed. No issues, no BS, just great friendly service. I am very pleased with doing business with this company. I reached out by phone to them on a Monday and after discussing my 2013 Prius hybrid battery options I decided to have them install a NEW hybrid battery with a 48 month warranty. The technician (Johnny) arrived the next day and did the complete install in a little over an hour. Being a technician myself I can say he did the job efficiently and professionally.
