Walked into the Clearwater, FL GreenTec office to discuss the replacement of the 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid battery. These people were great. They walked me through all the options and how the work could be done. I elected to have them come to my house, about 40 miles away, to do the replacement. They were there on time and got the job done quick. After driving the car for five days, zero problems. They assembled the car perfectly. This is a place I’ll come back too.
The whole experience was fantastic. You get to talk to a real human being when you call and I got all of my questions answered upfront. I ordered my new battery one day and had it installed the next day, even though I was quite a distance from the closest hub. The mechanic was great and my car is up and running.
