Shipping: The cost of shipping to you is included with your purchase. This offer is good for the entire continental United States. A $200 fee will be added for residential delivery. Let Greentec Auto make it simple to return your core to us, ask about our reduced return shipping rates.
Core Charge: A $750 refundable “core deposit” will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase. This applies to shipping orders only. In all other circumstances, the core will be picked up at the time of service, no deposit required.
How do I return my old hybrid battery? Once your new hybrid battery has arrived, put the core battery back into the same packaging your battery arrived in. As soon as we receive your core battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you. It’s that easy.

I recently had my hybrid battery replaced by Greentec and the experience was great. Keldan came out to do the replacement and he was on time, professional, and very helpful. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled. I would recommend Greentech to anyone who has a hybrid. I had faced a lot of issues in the past with this battery. Cost is a little higher, but now I will not be so worried.

Fast time shipping the product. Arrived in very good condition except for the pallet. Got the battery installed easily, ran a code on the truck. no codes showing so tried to start it. Nothing! Rechecked all my connections they were fine. Called to talk to a tech. This is where it got interesting. Asked him if the battery needed to be charged. I was told that the battery is “fully charged” when it leaves your office. Told me he would start the process to send me a different battery. I questioned why they would do that. Told me to recheck connections. He then told me to run a scan on it. I ran the check again, there were no codes but a flashing on the dash stating, “service Hybrid system”. Told me he was going to talk to a tech, and he would call me back later. Called about 1/2 hour later with no answer or explanation. Told me to go to Walmart and get a different scanner then I could return the scanner back to Walmart after that. Then he told me to reinstall the old battery to see if the truck would start with the old battery. So, I’m getting a little frustrated with this whole situation at this point. I’m hours into dealing with the truck not starting. I hooked up a battery charger to the truck battery (not the hybrid), because I had been messing with turning the truck off and on so many times. I came out a several hours later to check the charging status. The charger was not registering a full charge to the engine battery which is very odd since this truck had a new battery under the hood. I tried starting the truck again and it started. So, my frustration is the lack of expertise in dealing with a tech. If I had of been told to throw a charger on the truck initially, I would have saved hours of frustration and anxiety. Thats why I’m giving you 3 stars.
