When you purchase your new hybrid battery from us, a refundable "core deposit" for your old battery will be added to your order at checkout. Once we receive your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you minus the cost of return shipping. (Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase)

I purchased the one year warranty battery for my 2008 Prius. The battery went from full charge to empty with small half mile hill. I made another appointment. The service man, Mo, told me that since no warning lights turned on and since he could not find anything wrong that the warranty would no kick in. He drove the prius and noticed what I told him. He called Joe who put in the battery. Joe approved MO to put in another battery. That fixed the problem and I drove home and my battery remained fully charged and my gas mileage was better. I called MO and tt thanked him for going the extra mile and told him that I will write a 5-star review for him. I definitely recommend Greentec to my family and friends and I will use them myself if I need a new hybrid battery.
